Match Report Under 8 Sunday Yellow
Great performance from the Yellow Sunday U8 team on Sunday March 11th as they played Raheny on the main Astro in their first league game of season.
Play of the day for team 1 was a goal kick from Dylan played out wide and worked up the wing by Gavin and Daragh who crossed into the box for Caelan Smullen who finished it in the bottom corner of the net. Terrific discipline from all the team who held position well and chased back when they lost the ball.
For team 2 Cillian Connolly and Charlie Doyle played very well and we did great in 2nd game to come back from two goals to just nick the win just at the end. Hopefully the start of something special for this group of lads.
