Portmarnock Blue U9’s Sunday team vs Glasnevin - away.
The day didn’t look promising weather wise and didn’t disappoint as it rained continuously for the game. This was our first game of the new season as such and the boys did brilliant in the very trying conditions. Even in the freezing cold they were smiling and scoring goals for fun.
It was impossible to pick a man of the match in each game as every one of the lads played absolutely out of their skin. Apologies to the parents who froze on the sideline and had to wash the lads gear afterwards!
Portmarnock U8 Red Sunday vs Peamount - away
​The Under 8 Red Sunday team played their first league game of the season away to Peamount. A great performance from all the kids and depsite tough weather conditions they managed to play brilliantly and have a great time in the process.
