Our Sunday under 9 team played Cherry Orchard under 9 Blue team on Sunday March 31st @ Paddy’s Hill pitch 3.
Before the game we paid our respects with a minutes silence to our wonderful U9 Red Team Coach Gary Dempsey who passed away last Friday after a short Illness, Gary had looked after 5 or 6 of our team over the last few years and to their credit the team put on a superb show of football that Gary would have been mighty proud of.
It was hard to single out any one of our 12 man squad as every boy gave 110% on the day. Great to see the lads improving with every game and onwards and upwards for this group of lads.
