Portmarnock AFC U10A Sunday side played a mini tournament in the City ground home of Nottingham Forest FC. The team played three 30 minute games v the Nottingham Forest academy split up into three 8 man squads. What an occassion it turned out to be. The team did the club proud as they drew games one and two. The first ever goal to be scored at the City Ground by a PAFC player was bagged by Niall Keating. The third game saw an outstanding team performance. Goals from our captain for the day Ronan McNally and James Greenhaugh. With only conceeding one goal over three games, it's fair to say the team defended resolutely on the day.
The squad was Ronan McNally C. , Leon Fitzgerald, James Greenhaugh, Eoghan Madden, Max Irwin, Niall Keating, Cillian McCauley, Rian Rogan, Alfie Thompson and Danial O'Brien.
