Irish Soccer Referees Society Dublin celebrate 60 years
The Irish Soccer Referees Society Dublin Branch celebrated 60 years in existance last night at a gala dinner in the Redcow Moran Hotel. In attendance were Martin Keating chairman and David Jones Leinster Senior League club secretary.
The night provided a trip down memory lane as the society recalled Irelands oldest branch's humble beginnings at a meeting in Crumlin when seven people attended it's inaurgal meeting. With over 300 active members the referees meet monthly to discuss issues within the game.
The club would like to thank the ISRS for it's kind invitation to a fantastic celebration as they look forward to many more years being part of the football family.
