Portmarnock AFC Race Night PSLC - March 7th 2020
To help with funds required to run the club on an ongoing basis and to help us drive on with future development in Paddy's Hill we are going to hold a Race Nite in the PSLC on March 7th.
We are looking for as much support as possible with the sponsorship and for a big turn out on the night.
The Cheltenham festival is the week after the race night.
The format is simple enough you pay/sponsor either a horse a jockey or a trainer.
You can do it separately or take a full line for €50.
You provide the names so its a bit of fun, the names will all appear in the brochure on the night.
The cost of sponsoring a Horse is €20 the cost of sponsoring a Trainer is €10 Jockey is €10 and owner is also €10.
We are also looking for the sponsors for the actual race at €200.
There is an opportunity to place an ad in the brochure the cost of that is €100 full page €50 half page
If anyone out there wants to be the main sponsor of the night please contact me directly.
So if all teams could get one full race sponsored or gather together at the young age groups where there is a few teams at the age group and get a full race sponsored.
If you have more entries than a racecard take them obviously as we will fill in any gaps with them.
If every team sponsors a racecard it will be a very successful night for the club and we are not asking for a lot in terms of cost.
