Notification of AGM for Portmarnock AFC for Financial Year Ending 30^th June 2019

Dear Member,

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions on mass gatherings, the club was unable to hold the AGM during May as in previous years. We have waited over summer months to see if the situation improved but given the current status of Covid -19 we will not be in a position to hold a face to face AGM

We will now proceed with holding this meeting remotely via Zoom on Thursday 15^th October at 8.30 pm. To attend the AGM via Zoom click on the below link on the day and time of the meeting and enter the meeting password when prompted. Should you have any problems please contact Steven Kelly.

Nominations for any of the Officer Posts or for position of Committee member should include the nominee’s name and address, together with those of proposer and seconder. Nominations should be posted to Martin Keating, Chairman of Portmarnock AFC, 80 Torcaill, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin or can be delivered to any committee member by 9 o’clock (pm) on Tuesday 13^th October
