Club FARE fortnight action – steps for mentors/ coaches etc
Step 1: Contact opposition and inform about club actions at match.
Step 2: On day of the game make following announcement with children playing

Between 5th and 19th October 2017, all over Europe, actions are taking place to make a stand against racism within football from clubs like ours to national league clubs in Ireland and other countries and also at international games and Champions League matches.
Our club believes the values of sport are for fairplay and to achieve our goals we need teamwork, communication and trust among teammates and all involved within the club. The spirit of fairplay is for a level playing field for all and that means there can be no tolerance for racism and any form of discrimination. Wear the wristband to show you stand against racism.
Step 3: Both sets of players line up and exchange champions league handshake prior to kick off
Step 4: Players pose for photo and hold up show racism the red card, cards
Step 5:Submit pictures on the report form www.theredcard.ie/fare
